Set your own deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once the limit is reached, our system automatically blocks any further deposits until the next period begins.
You can set a time limit for each gaming session. When the set time is nearly up, our platform will send you a reminder before the session ends automatically.
If you feel you need a break, use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily suspend your account — from 24 hours up to 6 months — no questions asked.

Petronas77 is more than just an ordinary online gaming platform. We believe genuine entertainment begins when every player feels safe, comfortable, and fully in control. That is why responsible gaming is not just a slogan for us — it is part of how we operate every day.
Since the platform was founded, we have made serious investments in building a comprehensive player protection system. From advanced gameplay pattern detection technology to genuine human support, we want to ensure every petronas77 member can enjoy a fun gaming experience without letting it become a problem in their daily lives.
Healthy gambling means playing purely for entertainment — not as a source of income, an escape from problems, or a way to cope with stress. Most of our players understand this well and play responsibly. However, we recognise that the line can sometimes blur without you noticing.
Remember: Gambling should never be used as a way to resolve financial or emotional problems. If you begin to feel stress, anxiety, or difficulty controlling your gaming habits, please use our self-control tools or contact our support team immediately.
Petronas77 encourages all members to set a clear gaming budget before starting any session. Sticking to the limits you set yourself is a sign of maturity as a player. Never chase losses — this is a core principle of responsible gaming that we emphasise to all new members during the registration process.
Petronas77 has a strict policy on membership eligibility. The following individuals are not permitted to register or use our platform:
Age verification is carried out during the mandatory KYC process that every new member must complete. We take this responsibility seriously and have zero tolerance for any attempt to bypass our verification system.
All self-control tools provided by petronas77 are accessible directly through the "Account Settings" section of our platform. The process is straightforward and can be done on your own without contacting customer support. Here are the quick steps:
If you choose a long-term self-exclusion (more than 6 weeks), your account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from us during that period.
