1 Definitions & Interpretation

"petronas77", "we", "Platform" refers to the website and services operated under the petronas77 brand, accessible via petronas77.pro and the associated mobile app.

"Member", "you", "user" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the services of petronas77.

"Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in your petronas77 account at any given time, excluding bonuses still subject to wagering requirements.

"Bonus" refers to any additional funds, free credits, or other benefits granted by petronas77 to members through promotions, offers, or the VIP program.

"Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a member must wager before any bonus or bonus-related winnings can be converted into withdrawable cash.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to enable fund withdrawals and ensure the security of your account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use petronas77 services, you must meet the following requirements:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawal processing times are between one (1) and three (3) business days for standard accounts, and within one (1) hour for VIP members.
• Petronas77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Petronas77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, seasonal promotions, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

6 Game Rules

All games offered at petronas77 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round.

Game results are final once a round is completed. Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised within 24 hours and will be investigated using accurate server log data.

• Petronas77 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that occurred as a result of a known technical error or system disruption.
• In the event of an internet disconnection during gameplay, the system will use the last data received by the server to determine the outcome.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the petronas77 platform and may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Money Laundering: Using petronas77 as a channel to process illicit funds.
• Bot Software & Automation: Use of scripts, bots, automated software, or any non-human method to play or interact with the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Bug Exploitation: Exploiting any technical errors or bugs in the system.
• Unauthorized Collusion: Colluding with other players in individual-based games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonation: Impersonating another party or providing false identity information.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Petronas77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted at the member's own request.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your funds will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, funds will be returned within seven (7) business days.
